All hotels are located on the Southwest coast of Tenerife, the main tourist destination on the island; in the surrounding areas of Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje, and Los Cristianos.

If you do not choose a named hotel, you will be notified of your allocated hotel at least 8 weeks before your arrival to the festival.

Gold and Platinum include a VIP Wristband, which gives you access to; Viewing platforms, table service options, VIP bars, VIP WCs, queue jump, venue shuttle service*
