EXPLORE TENERIFE

DISCOVER THE ISLAND

Tenerife is an island of contrasts - where volcanic landscapes meet turquoise waters, and rugged coastlines give way to lush forests and golden beaches. Whether you’re chasing adventure, relaxation, or breathtaking scenery, this island has it all.

Mount Teide – A Natural Wonder

Rising 3,715m above sea level, Mount Teide is Spain’s highest peak and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take the cable car for unreal panoramic views or hike its lunar-like landscapes for an unforgettable experience.

Black & Gold Sand Beaches

Tenerife’s coastline is unlike any other - with over 100 beaches on the Island from the dramatic black volcanic sands of Playa Jardín to the golden shores of Playa del Duque, there’s a spot for every kind of escape.

Whale & Dolphin Watching

The waters off of South Tenerife are home to one of the world’s best whale-watching destinations. Hop on a boat and see pilot whales, dolphins, and sea turtles in their natural habitat.

Hidden Natural Pools

Step away from the main beaches and swim in Tenerife’s volcanic rock pools, like Charco del Tancón and Piscinas Naturales de Bajamar—crystal-clear, untouched, and perfect for a daytime dip.

Epic Outdoor Adventures

Looking for the best things to do in Tenerife? Why not hike through the lush Anaga Mountains, explore some of the Island's volcanic caves, or take on surfing, paragliding, and scuba diving - Tenerife is built for those who crave something more.

Public Transport - You can jump on a bus operated by TITSA, the island's public transportation company.

Ride-sharing apps - such as Uber, Bolt, Cabify, although these are all relatively new to Tenerife so you might find it easier and cheaper to get a Taxi.

Taxis - you'll find a designated taxi rank outside the terminal building where you can easily catch a taxi. The taxi service at TFS operates 24/7, so regardless of your arrival time, you should be able to find a taxi available.
