If you have purchased a Weekend Ticket and would like to add VIP, this will become an option later in the year where you will be able to upgrade to VIP.

Accommodation options range from Bronze (2-3 star), Silver (3-4 star), Gold (4-star) to Platinum (5-star) hotels, all located near the event venues.
All our selected hotels are positioned along the southwest coast, aligning with the event venues. From Los Gigantes to Golf del Sur, your accommodation will be within reach of all the action.
Information on allocated hotels will be sent out no more than 6 weeks before the weekender.
This does not apply if you select your hotel when booking.
If you opt for a 1, 2, 3, or 4 person package, you'll be rooming with your chosen group.
You can book up to 2 extra nights on either side of our weekend for a total of 7 nights.

Rooms within the same booking are assigned to the same hotel. If you and your friends book separately but wish to stay in the same hotel, drop us an email hello@afrotronic.co with your booking references. Just make sure you all booked the same hotel tier and we'll try our best to make it happen, but no guarantees.
Some hotels may request a pre-authorisation or refundable deposit upon check-in.
VIP Wristband includes: Viewing platforms, table service options, VIP bars, VIP WCs, queue jump, venue shuttle service*

No. One person (the lead booker) handles the full payment.
Confirmation email goes to the lead booker. Check all details and notify us at hello@afrotronic.co within 10 days if anything’s off.
We recommend flying into Tenerife South Airport (TFS).
Flights are not included, so you will need to book these independently.
Yes for Platinum packages only.
Airport transfers are not included in Bronze/Silver/Gold packages. There are a range of transportation options available to suit your comfort, budget, and preferences, such as Public Transportation such as Buses, or Taxis and Ride-Sharing Services - Use reputable local taxi services or ride-sharing apps.
Details on available shuttle services will be communicated closer to the event.
Return airport transfers are only available for hotels included in our packages. We cannot arrange drop-offs or pick-ups at other hotel
While not a specialised disabled experience provider, arrangements are made when possible. Please contact us at hello@afrotronic.co before booking to discuss specific needs.
Bag dimensions are restricted to W21cm x H30cm x D8cm (A4 Size) for evening events.
Outside food and drink are prohibited, though refreshments will be available for purchase at the venues.
Professional cameras (with interchangeable lenses) without an approved photo pass are not permitted.
Security checks may be conducted, and items deemed potentially harmful or disruptive may be confiscated.
All accidents, illness, and injuries must be immediately reported to the hotel front desk or event staff (depending on location). You must also notify us within 12 weeks of the end of your stay, by emailing hello@afrotronic.co
Please make sure to provide your booking reference, full details of the incident, and all other relevant information such as medical reports.
During the events there will be security, and staff on duty. At the hotel there will be hotel staff on duty.
For any emergencies, locate a member of staff, who will be able to assist or locate the correct assistance. If a serious or life-threatening crime is being committed, please contact a member of staff or police officer immediately.
If, in the unlikely event you cannot find someone, please call 112 (the Spanish emergency number).
We will do our best to help if you want to make a change, but we can't guarantee we will be able to meet your request. For this reason, please check you are happy with the details of your booking before placing the order.
If you wish to change any part of your booking after you have received your booking confirmation, the lead passenger must inform us via an email to hello@afrotronic.co

Only the lead booker can request a cancellation via email. Standard cancellation terms apply.
All passengers are required to have suitable insurance to cover their booking, ensuring protection against unforeseen circumstances.
We advise obtaining this as soon as you have made a booking.

Yes, a valid passport is required for international travel to Tenerife. Ensure passports have sufficient validity.
